We did the second time of Greatest Show On Earth, but this time it was 5KN to perform. We had it in the Friday in the afternoon. We had lots of different kind of performance like, Singing, Dancing and even all the Grade5 was performing the dance/song called the Nutbush.
I think I improved on being quiet and sitting still and being respectful to the others who was being brave and performing.
I think my IB Connection is Caring because I was quiet and was respecting to others like who was trying to see that performance and for the people who was brave to perform.
The best thing was that it was all very good and very fun to watch and every performance was really good. The worst thing was that the some of the Grdae4 was being noisy and rude and even booing to the people who was performing and being brave. The interesting part was that the performance was really good and trying there best to make it the best performance.

In Tuesday at the very morning we went to the Media Center and went to do coding activities. First we sit in random desk and do some of the coding activities on the iPad then we split into groups and did some activities that the people set up for us. I was with the group with Me, Lily and Ela. We did the Bebop activities and try to code it to the place you want it to got to. For the iPad I did a game that was I think called the flappy and try to code it threw the objects.
I think I improved on my coding skills because last year when I did it I couldn’t do really good a coding and got confused but this year I could do it.
I think my IB Connection was that I was a Thinker because I thank a lot how to code the Bebop.
The best thing was that it was really fun to do and was fun to see the new material to do coding. The worst thing was that the Bebop was still a bit hard to code. The interesting part was that I didn’t know that we do Hour Of Code in our age.
Today we made the video and connect it to the iMovie and made a video. We explain every steps that we wrote on the computer and record it, then we show how to play the game by actually playing it and record it to the video, after that we put in iMovie and perform it next week Friday.

SUMMARIES THE PROCESS YOUR GROUP WENT THROUGH AND YOUR INSTALLATION ARTWORK?
FIRST, WE THOUGHT OF PLASTIC AND WE THOUGHT OF ANIMALS AND WE PLANNED TO HAVE LOTS OF DIFFERENT ANIMALS THAT HAVE LOTS OF PLASTIC AND RUBBISHES. THEN WHEN WE MADE THE ARTWORK, WE THOUGHT IT WAS TOO HARD TO MAKE LOTS OF DIFFERENT KIND OF ANIMALS SO WE THOUGHT OF FISHES BECAUSE LOTS OF FISHES EAT PLASTIC AND WE EAT FISHES AND THAT IS BAD FOR FISHES AND US. THEN WE THOUGHT WE WANTED TO LET PEOPLE JOIN TO OUR ARTWORK AND THEN WE THOUGHT THAT WE CAN LET PEOPLE FOLD ORIGAMI FISHES AND PAINT THE BOARD LIKE THE OCEAN. AND AT THE LAST WE PUT SOME EXAMPLE OF FISHES AND THEN WE THOUGHT OF THE NAME CALLED LET’S TAKE CARE FOR OUR OCEAN.
What advice would you give to Grade4 artist next year?
A. I would give them they should make the artwork not too big.
What did you learn in the installation art unit that will help you do your best work in the PYP exhibition?
We did PSPE at Friday afternoon like usual and instead of playing out we played in our four class. Lots of game was cooperative, we moved in classes and we first went to Miss. Naisara and there we played a game that has trees and rabbits. Next we went to Mr. Bells’s room and we played a game lime we had rope and rubber band and we needed to think how can we make a round container in to the basket with that material by not touching it. Next we went to Mr. Alksne’s room and we have 5 Ping-Pong balls and there is a cup into a triangle and we need to try get the Ping-Pong ball into the cup, if we dance while we throw or wit for a turn you get a extra point and who ever has the most points wins. At the last we went to our homeroom, Miss. Flutey and we did a game called word association and then we played here I sit.
I think I improved on lots of new skills and I think I also improved on my cooperation skills.
I think the IB Connection is that it is the communicator because we did lots of cooperating games and we communicate a lot how should we complete this task.
I think the best thing was that it was really fun to do all the games. The worst thing was that some of the game was really difficult and couldn’t understand some of the parts. The interesting part was that there was lots of games that I didn’t know.
Why do we only have PSPE on Friday?

We went to foyer at Friday and we sing some song and fake Santa came on stage and sing together. We sang We wish you a merry Christmas, Jingle bell, Turn off that noes, Santa Claus is coming to town. We Sang lots of different song that we know and what we didn’t know.
I think I improved on lots on the songs because we sing most of the song in G2-3. It was really hard to sing some of the part.
I think the IB Connection was Communicator because we sang lots od songs and talked what will happen with friends before it started.
The best thing was when the tree lights up and when we sing, the worst part was when the tree lights up it was really small light and didn’t get a lot of surprise, I was interested on the Santa Claus also singing, it was really easy who it was because it had glasses.
